The Warm Up Party – Booking Terms & conditions
Tickets
1.0
The Warm Up Party – a fantastic show designed for hen parties, birthday parties and all female group celebrations – the minimum group size is 6.
1.1
Purchased tickets cannot be redeemed for monetary value on non attendance and all tickets are non refundable. This includes deposits payments, outstanding balance payments and when tickets are purchased outright at the time of booking.
1.2
If a deposit is paid then the final balance becomes due 5 weeks before the date of your event. You can pay your final balance online or over the phone using a debit or credit card.
1.3
In the event of a show cancellation all monies will be refunded or an alternate date offered.
1.4
Once your booking is made an email confirmation will be sent to you. Please bring this on the day.
The Party
2.0
The party is designed for ladies over 18, contains adult language and full nudity. The party is on licensed premises and under 18’s will not be permitted. It is suggested that photographic ID is carried in case of any checks at the venue. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission.
2.1
It is not permitted to touch the models. We feel the models are the most professional in the industry and believe they do not have to endure verbal, sexual or physical abuse of any kind.
2.2
Those attending the party will be treated with respect all the time they are showing respect. Any behaviour such as verbal abuse, aggressive behaviour or touching of the models will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund on your ticket price.
2.3
Although every party is of the highest standard The Warm Up Party reserves the right to change the party content, models, or venue at any given time and cannot be held responsible for any personal loss or damage whatsoever. For lost property please contact the venue you attended.
2.4
Mobile phones/cameras and videos are not permitted while the models are posing for your the drawing section of the party. There will be ample opportunity for your group to take photos at other times during the party and official photos will be available for download after the party.
The venues
3.0
None of the venues used for The Warm Up Party are owned or operated by us.
3.1
All venues are aware that you are on a hen/birthday party or girly event. They know the emphasis is on fun but have the right to terminate any activity for dangerous, violent or inappropriate behaviour. If you are deemed to be breaking the venue’s rules your tickets will be invalid and you will be removed from the venue and no refund will be given.
3.2
We accept no liability for any incident that occurs by any group member whilst under the influence of drink or drugs. The use of drugs will not be permitted and if found using or in possession of / you will be ejected from the venue.
Credit Card Safeguard

We use a Secure Internet Payment Gateway to provide a secure environment for the authorisation of credit card transactions over the Internet. Confidential information including client credit card details are encrypted the moment they are transmitted from the clients browser to the banking network using industry standard SSL 128-bit RC4 encryption technology. Client credit card details are not stored anywhere on the Internet and the only company who has access to this data is the merchant’s bank. The bank also sends confirmation information via the same encryption technology back to the client’s browser. These secure processes provide clients with peace of mind when purchasing online.
